Software portfolio architecture
Turn scattered tools and product ideas into a clear technical direction. Define system boundaries, choose what belongs together, and make the next investment easier to justify.
CTO · SOFTWARE & AI ENGINEERING
I connect technical direction with hands-on engineering: shaping software portfolios, making AI useful in real workflows, and building the standards that help teams ship with confidence.
A product, an internal tool, an AI workflow, a security control: each has to earn its place and work with the rest. I like the full picture, from the first architecture sketch to the release process that keeps it dependable.
My work combines engineering leadership with software delivery. I can help define what should exist, build the difficult parts, and create the conditions for a team to keep improving it.
Four connected parts of building software that lasts.
Turn scattered tools and product ideas into a clear technical direction. Define system boundaries, choose what belongs together, and make the next investment easier to justify.
Design AI assisted processes around the people doing the work. Make inputs, outputs, review points, and failure paths visible so automation earns trust.
Bring access control, testing, release gates, and operational visibility into everyday engineering. The goal is software a team can understand and maintain.
Translate business priorities into roadmaps, standards, and delivery decisions. Keep the architecture coherent while helping the team move.
I’m a chief technology officer and software engineer with a background in full stack development, architecture, and technical operations. I studied computer engineering at the University of New Mexico and work from Kīhei, Hawaii.

If you’re thinking through a software portfolio, an AI workflow, or the engineering team behind it, I’d be glad to hear what you’re building.
